This woodland scene is based on a photo
taken in the Smokey Mountains. The quilt is raw edge applique and thread
painted using numerous colors of rayon thread. Also, hiding in the scene
are several animals & insects--deer, rabbits, squirrels, a pheasant,
lady bug, butterflies and a field mouse.
